The built-up area is substantial for the price point, which was about 52 Lakhs. The project by Prakyath Edifice is located in Battarahalli, which is developing well. Having a gymnasium within the complex is convenient for my busy schedule. The rain water harvesting system shows some environmental consideration, which is good.
