The sales team explained everything well. It is ready to move, which is great. The proximity to Thiruvottiyur Metro Station (0.4 km) is very convenient for me as I use public transport a lot. One thing I noticed is that the parking area might be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle or multiple ca, but for my single car, it should be fine. The 24x7 water supply is a basic but important amenity.
