    We chose Sanvi Blue Bells because of the proximity to Sanskriti School, which is only a kilometer away. Our 2 BHK flat is around 950 square feet, providing enough space for our family of three. The only minor issue is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, as NH 65 and Old Mumbai Highway are close by, which is good for connectivity but bad for congestion.
