It's located in Narendrapur, and while not directly on the main road, it's accessible. The Super Builtup Area for the flats ranges from 597 Sq.ft to 739 Sq.ft, offering enough space. The price between 22.69 Lakh and 28.08 Lakh was manageable for us. Having 24X7 water supply and lifts is important. My main concern is the proximity to NH-12 is quite far, nearby, which might make weekend travel a bit of a journey. Also, the OC status is not available, which makes me hesitant about the legalities.
