As a government employee, I look for stability and reliability. Santi Darpan, developed by Santi Construction, offered a ready-to-move option in Narendrapur. The location's proximity to NH-12 and EM Bypass is useful for daily commutes. I appreciate the provision of closed car parking, which is essential. The building appeawell-constructed, and it's good to know it's ready for immediate possession. One aspect that could be improved is the immediate vicinity; it feels a little less developed compared to main city areas, and the approach road could be better maintained. However, for the price point and the fact that it's ready, it makes sense. It is a calm locality overall.

Relocating to Kolkata for work at Hindusthan Heath Point made me search for a convenient location. Santi Darpan in Narendrapur seemed like a good option. It is reasonably close to the hospital, about a 15-minute drive. The proximity to NH-12 and NSC Bose Road is also a plus for easy travel. I specifically looked for a place that was ready to move into, and this project fits that requirement perfectly. The closed car parking is a relief. While the area is developing, there's still a bit of noise from traffic, especially during peak hou, which is something to get used to. We were looking for a ready to move flat in Kolkata and found Santi Darpan. It is located in Narendrapur which is a developing area. The connectivity is pretty good with NH-12 and EM Bypass nearby. Commuting to work on the bypass usually takes about 30 minutes, which is manageable. We liked the closed car parking facility as we have our own vehicle. The apartment itself is quite functional. We haven't faced any major issues so far. The only minor thing is that the area can get a bit dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby, but it's not a constant problem. Overall, it seems like a decent place for a young couple starting out.

However, the security features seem robust, and it's a peaceful environment.
