Its location in Chicalim Village, Mormugao, is very convenient. We are close to essential places like Daffodils Multi-Speciality Hospital and Kendriya Vidyalaya, both practically next door. The development by Santhan Nanu seems solid. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus for us. The only small issue is that the narrow lane leading to the property can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, a good buy for us.
