I finally decided on a 2 BHK at Prime Symphony in Mormugao. The super built-up area is 1171 square feet, which feels quite spacious for one peon. I work in Panjim and the proximity to National Highway 17A and 17B, being nearby, is a huge advantage for my commute. It should cut down my travel time significantly. The project is still under construction, expected completion is December 2025. I liked that every room has a balcony, that was a major selling point for me. The 24x7 security and power backup are also essential for me living alone. I am a bit concerned about the parking though, as I have a relatively large car and want to ensure it fits comfortably in the closed parking spots. The developer, Prime BuildeGoa, seems to have a good reputation.

While the project offegood connectivity, the immediate vicinity might get busy with traffic given the airport and highway proximity. I am hoping this settles down once the project is fully occupied. SMRC Hospital is literally nearby, which is incredibly convenient for my professional. The Goa International Airport is also right there, making travel for conferences much easier. We are looking at the 3 BHK apartments which are 2271 square feet; they seem like a good size for our family. The construction is ongoing and scheduled for completion in December 2025. I appreciate the inclusion of a swimming pool and gymnasium, which will be great for staying active. My only reservation is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is expected at this stage, but it's something to be mindful of when visiting the site.
