This project is located in Vastral, Ahmedabad, with excellent connectivity to major roads like the Sardar Patel Ring Road and Ahmedabad-Zalod Highway. The project was completed in July 2023 and is ready for occupancy. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and street lighting are standard. My main concern is the lack of transparency regarding the OC receipt, which is usually important for resale value. The price point, though not disclosed, seemed competitive for the location and size.

The location is great for me as the Ahmedabad-Zalod Highway is easily accessible for my commute. The 2 BHK flat, around 1350 sq.ft, has a good layout and enough space. I feel safe with the 24x7 security and CCTV. The main road access could be a bit better; the lane to get there is narrow. But for a fit purchase, it feels like a solid decision.

However, the car parking area is quite congested, especially if you have a larger vehicle. It’s manageable but could be improved.

We moved into Sanskruti Sky about two months ago. The area in Vastral is quite convenient, especially being close to the Sardar Patel Ring Road for travel. My wife likes the spaciousness of the 1350 square feet 2 BHK flat we purchased. The 24x7 water supply has been reliable so far, which was a major concern for us. Security seems good with 24x7 CCTV and guards. My only small issue is the dust from nearby construction, but that is common in Ahmedabad. Overall, a peaceful place to live in retirement.
