The built-up area of 2000 square feet is quite generous, providing ample space for our needs. We were particularly drawn to the Vaastu compliant flooand the landscaping. The project by Sanskriti Group Of Companies Pvt Ltd was completed in 2015 and is ready to move in, which was a big convenience for us. The gymnasium and swimming pool are well-maintained and we use them regularly. Power backup is also reliable, which is essential. My only slight concern is that the road leading to the main highway can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it is manageable.
