We just booked our fit home at Omaxe The Lake. We looked at a 2 BHK which was around 1005 square feet. The location in Mullanpur near the India Trade Tower is quite good, and it's not too far from Chandigarh city. We liked the idea of having a swimming pool and a cricket pitch on site. The sales team showed us some plans and the project looks nice. The overall price range is quite broad, starting from 75.92 Lakh. We are a bit nervous as this is our fit big purchase but the developer Omaxe Ltd has been around for a while. Hopefully, the construction quality is good and we get possession on time.

The project was completed around 2014 and is ready to move in. The nearby Chandigarh Airport is nearby, which is convenient for travel. However, parking could be an issue if you own multiple vehicles, as the spaces might be tight for larger ca, which is a common concern in such projects. The amenities like the Amphitheater are a good addition.
