The project is by Auro Realty in Sangareddy, Patancheru Mandal. We are looking at the larger 4 BHK villas which are quite spacious at 3900 Sq.ft. The completion is set for September 2027. It’s located near the ORR, nearby, which is convenient for travel. The adjacent integrated township is also a significant advantage. The variety of villa sizes available, from 1039 Sq.ft up to 3900 Sq.ft, cateto different needs.
