The developer, Sankla Buildcoon, is constructing this in Shewalewadi. We liked the idea of having only four flats per floor, which ensures more privacy. The price for a 3 BHK can go up to 1.23 Crore, which is stretching our budget a bit, but we are considering it. The project is under construction with a completion date of December 2028. While the location near Pune Solapur Road is convenient, the actual approach could be better. We also hope the community buildings and clubhouse are as good as they look in the brochure. The rainwater harvesting system is a nice environmental feature.
