The location in Shewalewadi is developing, though reaching places like Kalyani Nagar Metro Station, which is nearby, requires navigating some traffic. The lack of nearby commercial hubs can be felt sometimes. However, for daily needs, the infrastructure like street lighting and storm water drains are in place. The fire fighting system is also a crucial safety feature installed.

The 560 sq.ft 2 BHK apartment has a decent layout, good enough for us to start with. We liked the idea of the children's play area, even though we don't have kids yet, it's good to have. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. One thing though, the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry spells, and traffic can be heavy around peak houwhen heading towards Kalyani Nagar Metro Station which is nearby. Overall, it seems like a reasonable choice for now.

We've finally upgraded from our rented place to a 2 BHK apartment in Joyville Hadapsar Annexe Phase 10. The 560 sq.ft space feels much better than what we had before. Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate seems to have focused on practical aspects; the recreation facilities are a good addition for unwinding after work. We also appreciate the storm water drains and solid waste management systems in place. While the project itself is nice, the travel time to our school near Kalyani Nagar Metro Station (8.86 KM) is a bit much, especially during monsoon. However, having 24x7 water supply and 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides peace of mind. It’s a decent step up for us.
