    We were looking for a ready-to-move-in place and Sanket Chintamani fit the bill. The 1 BHK carpet area is around 409 square feet, which is enough for us. It's located right on the NH 3 Agra-Mumbai highway, making travel quite convenient. The price was within our budget, around 16.55 Lakhs for the smaller units. The developer, Sanket Buildtech, seems reliable, though I wish they had provided the OC details more clearly. The closed car parking is a good feature to have. Overall, it's a decent option for someone looking for a no-fuss home in Nashik.

The biggest advantage for us is that Shining Star Academy is right next door, practically 0 kilometeaway. This saves us so much time and hassle with the kids' school commute. The price was around 19.9 Lakhs, which we felt was reasonable for the location and convenience. The developer, Sanket Buildtech, has provided storm water drains, which is good for monsoon preparedness. We haven't faced any major issues so far, and the ready-to-move status was key.

The price of 16.55 Lakhs was very attractive and within our reach. It’s good that they have closed car parking available. The location near the highway is convenient, though sometimes the traffic noise can be a bit much, especially during peak houWe also noticed some construction dust from nearby ongoing developments, but hopefully, that will settle down. Sanket Buildtech seems to have completed the project as promised.
