The location in MIDC, Bolhegaon Suburban is okay, but the approach road can be a bit dusty sometimes, especially during construction of nearby sites, which is a minor annoyance. However, the project itself has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and rainwater harvesting. Having Auxilium Convent High School nearby is also beneficial. I bought it for rental potential, and the area seems to be developing.
