The 1 BHK apartments are a decent size, around 445 square feet carpet area, which is enough for us. It is good that it is ready to move in, so we did not have to wait long. The developer, Deepak Haribhau Bangar, seems to have a good reputation. The location in MIDC, Bolhegaon Suburban is accessible. We liked that the Auxilium Convent High School and Asian Noble Hospital are very close by, practically zero distance. This makes it convenient for any immediate needs.
