The price of 2.48 Crore was at the top of my budget, but it's a ready-to-move-in flat, which saved me time and worry about construction delays. I liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security. The nearby Zebar School for Children is also a plus point for future planning. Sankalp OrganisePvt Ltd has developed this project, and it feels quite established. The landscaping is nice, and there is a children's play area. I’m still getting used to the area, but so far, it feels like a good decision for my fit home.

We recently moved into Sankalp Serenity, bought about six months ago. The location in PRL Colony, Thaltej is convenient, with the metro station just about 1.57 kilometeaway, making commutes easier. The children's play area is great for my son, and the swimming pool is a nice amenity for relaxing after work. The apartment size is a generous 2100 square feet for our 3 BHK. Sankalp OrganisePvt Ltd completed this project back in June 2011, so it’s an established building. My only minor concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. The piped gas connection is a definite convenience though.
