The nearby Zebar School for Children is also a plus point for future planning. Sankalp OrganisePvt Ltd has developed this project, and it feels quite established. The location in PRL Colony, Thaltej is convenient, with the metro station just about 1.57 kilometeaway, making commutes easier. Sankalp OrganisePvt Ltd completed this project back in June 2011, so it’s an established building. My only minor concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. The piped gas connection is a definite convenience though.
