The location near Sentosa Park is decent, although the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can sometimes be a nuisance. We were looking for a spacious home for our growing family and Sankalp Grace seemed to fit the bill. The 4 BHK flats are quite large, with the one we are looking at being around 3500 square feet. It gives us plenty of room. The location in Thaltej, near Sentosa Park, is good, though traffic can be a bit much during peak hougetting onto the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway. Having Anand Niketan Shilaj school nearby at nearby is a huge advantage for the kids. We also liked the idea of the cycling and jogging track within the complex for evening walks. The price point is on the higher side, around 2.5 Crores for our preferred size, but the space makes it feel worth it. Construction was completed in January 2015, so it's a well-established building.
