    We are looking for our fit home and visited Sanjeevani Sufal in Aundh last weekend. The 797 square feet carpet area for the 1 BHK configuration seemed decent for the two of us. It’s still under construction, with an expected completion date of December 2026, which gives us some time. The location in Nankude Vasti is quite convenient, close to the D. A. V. Public School which is a 3-minute drive away. We also liked that Saishree Hospital is a short distance, offering peace of mind. The developer, Sanjeevani Develope, seems to have a good reputation. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but overall it looks promising for our fit purchase.
