It's a ready-to-move property, which was important for me as I didn't want to wait. The price of 1.02 crore was just about what I could manage after my loan came through. Living alone, the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and security cabin provide a good sense of safety. The landscaping is quite pleasant, and having a lift is a must for me. It’s a gated community, which adds to the security. My only reservation is that the price felt a bit high for the square footage, but the location and readiness made up for it.
