After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Sanjeevani Devraai in Kiwale caught my eye. The 1 BHK apartments at 619 sq.ft are compact and manageable for a single peon or a couple. I liked the idea of landscaping and tree planting, it sounds relaxing. The 24x7 water supply and security are important factofor me. It's close to the Mumbai Bangalore Bypass, which is convenient, though sometimes the traffic noise from the bypass can be a bit much depending on the wind direction. However, the overall atmosphere of the project area seems calm. The price range is quite reasonable for Pune.

My only minor concern is that the road leading to the project from the main highway could be a bit better maintained; it's a bit narrow and bumpy.
