The location in Nana Mava on Univeity Main Road is accessible. It's reassuring that it's close to NH 8B, nearby. The developer, Sanjay Vatika Enterprise, has a name that gives some comfort. I am still learning about property, but the apartment size feels right for a start. The main concern I have is the lack of information on OC received. I hope the construction quality is good. The power backup is a definite plus point for me.

It is ready to move which is a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The location is good, near the Univeity Main Road. It's convenient to get to work. The distance to Synergy Supepeciality Hospital is manageable at nearby. The only thing is the area can get a bit dusty sometimes because of nearby construction, but that's common in developing areas. The amphitheater is a nice touch for weekend relaxation.

One thing I noticed is that the traffic on Univeity Main Road can be heavy during peak houOtherwise, the presence of lifts and power backup are good amenities.
