The proximity to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is quite convenient, although I hope I don't have to use it much. The project is under construction, with a target completion date of December 2026. One thing I am a little worried about is the traffic on Paud Road during peak hou, as it can get quite congested. However, the developer, Sanika Construction, has a decent track record. I am getting closed car parking included, which is important.
