Being close to NH-12 and EM Bypass makes commuting to our IT jobs much easier, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houThe earthquake-resistant structure was a big plus for us when deciding. Power backup is also functional which gives us peace of mind. Overall, the construction seems solid. We are still exploring the immediate neighbourhood, but it seems promising.
