The location in Peelamedu is quite accessible, with the Hopes College Bus Stop a short distance, making my commute easier. The mini theatre is a nice touch for entertainment. However, the roads leading to the project could be better maintained; they are a bit dusty during dry weather. Also, finding parking for visitocan sometimes be a challenge. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance is reassuring, but the approach road needs attention. Overall, it's a decent place to live, but not perfect.
