The price point, between 95.36 Lakh and 98.28 Lakh, is on the higher side but considering the location in Horamavu, it's undetandable. The proximity to the upcoming Horamavu Metro Station, just 600 meteaway, is a huge advantage for future travel. Also, having Trust In Hospital only 800 meteaway provides peace of mind. The Vastu compliant design was a key factor for us. Overall, the construction quality appeasolid, and the amenities like 24x7 security and power backup are reassuring.
