We were looking for our fit home and found Samrudhee Malhar in Saswad. The location seemed promising and the prices were within our budget, starting at 12.91 Lakh. We looked at a 1 BHK which had a carpet area of 295 Sq.ft, which is a bit compact but manageable for us. The project is ready to move in since December 2019, which was great as we didn't want to wait. Samrudhee Homes included some good amenities like rainwater harvesting and a fire fighting system, which are important safety features. The street lighting is also good. My only worry is the road leading to the project, it feels a little narrow and dusty sometimes. Overall, it feels like a decent start for us.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place and Samrudhee Malhar seemed like a good option. I bought a 1 BHK unit with a carpet area of around 469 Sq.ft. The size is perfect for me. I appreciate the developer, Samrudhee Homes, for including important amenities like a sewage treatment plant and storm water drains, showing they are thinking about long-term sustainability. The project has been ready to move since December 2019. The recreation facilities are a nice bonus for staying active. The location in Ekhatpur, Saswad is relatively quiet compared to the main city, which is what I was looking for. My only slight concern is that the OC received status is not available, which makes me a little hesitant about future resale value, but for my own use it is fine.

The price range, up to 41.05 Lakh, was acceptable for the configuration we chose. Samrudhee Homes also ensured 24X7 water supply and solid waste management, which are essential for daily living. The only minor issue we've faced is occasional parking congestion, especially during weekends when friends visit. It’s good that they have both open and closed parking options though. The community buildings are also a nice touch for gatherings.
