My family and I visited the site for Sampath Aditya Prime last week to see the progress. Since we are based in Kakinada, the proximity to the Kakinada RTC Bus Complex and Depot which is nearby is very helpful for my daily commute. The unit we saw had a carpet area of 778.12 Sq.ft. It is a bit tight for a 3 BHK but manageable. Sampath Developeis building this in a decent neighborhood. The only issue is that the approach road has a lot of dust right now because of the ongoing work, but that is expected with any construction site. We are hopeful for a timely handover by August 2026.
