The area is developing and offea good balance between peaceful living and accessibility. It's good that the project is ready to move in. I particularly liked the inclusion of landscaping and tree planting, which adds to the aesthetic appeal. The internal roads and footpaths are also well laid out. My only minor feedback is about the traffic on the main road leading to Shadnagar, it can get a bit busy during peak houOtherwise, it's a solid choice.
