The Orchid School is also at nearby, which is good for potential future needs. We looked at a 2 BHK flat which has a carpet area of 599 square feet. The construction is under way and expected to finish by November 2027. The location in Baner seems convenient. One thing that concerns me is the proximity to NH-48 which is nearby; I anticipate there might be traffic noise and dust during construction, and even after. We need to figure out the parking situation as well. The amenities list is decent though, with partial power backup and 24x7 water supply.
