We visited the site and the landscaping looked quite nice. The price range of 35 to 45 Lakhs is reasonable for this area. It is ready to move in, so we can shift soon. My only concern is that the OC is not yet available, which makes me a little hesitant about the official completion. However, the developer, Samartha Buildcons, has mentioned it should be sorted soon.
