This is my fit property purchase, and I was a bit nervous. I looked at Samarth Heights in Sola because it was ready to move. The 4 BHK configuration has a large builtup area of 3204 sq.ft. It felt very spacious when I visited. The price starts from 1.46 Crore. I liked that they have internet connectivity and intercom facilities. The location is decent, with Science City road nearby. My only reservation is that the OC is not available, which makes me a little uneasy about the legalities. But the builder, Samarth DevelopePune, seems reputable.
