I am based abroad and was looking for a reliable plot to buy for my parents in Hyderabad. SAK IT Lake City in Sangareddy seemed like a good option given it's ready to move. My parents will be living there, so the 24x7 water supply and basic electrification were important. I purchased a 190 Sq.yd. Plot for approximately 61 Lakh. The location in Kandi, North Hyderabad is developing well. The main issue is the distance from major hospitals, which is close to Sangareddy, and I would prefer something closer for emergencies. However, the availability of basic utilities and the general upkeep of the common areas are satisfactory for now.

I wanted to buy a plot for future investment and SAK IT Lake City in Hyderabad caught my eye. It's in the Sangareddy, Kandi area. The plot sizes are good, ranging from 160 to 260 Sq.yd. I picked one around 180 Sq.yd. The price was reasonable, about 58 Lakh. Being ready to move is a huge advantage. I liked the landscaping and tree planting around the area, it feels quite green. The electrification with solar energy is also a good initiative. My only worry is that the Kandi Bus Station is nearby, but sometimes the bus frequency can be an issue if I am in a hurry for work.

The plot areas are decent, between 160 to 260 Sq.yd., and the pricing from 51.19 Lakh to 83.19 Lakh seems competitive for a plot. The amenities like storm water drains and street lighting are already in place. I bought a 240 Sq.yd. Plot for about 77 Lakh. The main drawback currently is the lack of clear information on OC received, which makes resale slightly more complex. However, the overall infrastructure looks promising for rental yields in the future.

We were looking for a plot to build our dream home in Hyderabad, and SAK IT Lake City in Sangareddy, Kandi appealed to us. We got a plot of 160 Sq.yd. For 51.19 Lakh. It's a ready to move project, which is great because we don't want to wait. The entrance lobby looks quite decent, and the street lighting is good. It's not too far from Sangareddy city, close to the main town. The only thing that's a bit of a concern is the budget slightly exceeded what we initially planned for a plot, but the quality of the basic amenities installed made us go ahead. The landscaping is also quite nice.

The basic infrastructure like internal roads and storm water drains are completed. Electrification, including solar energy options, is also a positive point. My primary reason for choosing this location in Sangareddy was its proximity to developing commercial areas. The only downside I've noticed is the dust on the internal roads due to ongoing construction in nearby plots, which I hope will be managed better. Overall, the investment seems solid.

We were looking for a place near a good school and SAK IT Lake City in Sangareddy seemed like a good option. Keshava Reddy Concept School is nearby, which is very convenient for the kids. We bought a plot of 200 Sq.yd. Here. The price was within our budget, around 64 Lakh. Since it is ready to move, we are planning to start construction soon. The internal roads and footpaths look well-laid out. My only concern is the travel time to the main city for work, it can get a bit much during peak houOther than that, the 24x7 water supply is a big plus for families.

The price was around 70 Lakh, which fit our savings. The project is ready to move, so we can start construction at our own pace. The 24x7 water supply is a must-have for us. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice feel. Our main concern is that the area is still developing, so getting good transport links beyond the Kandi Bus Station is a bit limited right now. But we are optimistic about the growth.
