    Finally bought my fit flat at Saipuja Sai Sanjay Residency in Dighi. The 1 BHK carpet area is around 387 Sq.ft which felt good for a single peon. It's ready to move which was a big plus as I didn't want to wait for construction. The location near Choudhary Park in Vijay Nagar seems promising with schools and hospitals very close by. Master Mind Global English Sr. Secondary School is nearby, same for K K CARE Hospital.
