I chose GSK Aai Residency in Dighi because it is ready to move and the prices are reasonable, with units available from 21 Lakhs up to 48 Lakhs. I picked a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 417 Sq.ft. My parents will appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the fire fighting system for safety. The location is good, with essential facilities like K K CARE Hospital nearby. The Phugewadi Metro Station is nearby, which might be a bit far for them, but for daily needs, the local market is accessible. I am confident GSK Developewill maintain the property well.

We were looking for a 2 BHK for our growing family. GSK Aai Residency in Dighi seemed like a good option because it's ready to move and importantly, Master Mind Global English Sr. Secondary School is right at nearby. The 2 BHK has a carpet area of 599 Sq.ft. The price range goes up to 48 Lakhs. We were impressed with the 24/7 water supply and the water conservation systems they have in place. K K CARE Hospital is also very close by. The only downside is that parking can be a bit of a challenge if you have a larger vehicle or two ca, and the dust from nearby construction can be noticeable sometimes.

We were looking for something ready to move in Pune and GSK Aai Residency in Dighi fit the bill. The 2 BHK carpet area is 599 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us. It was completed in December 2021, so we could move in almost immediately after booking. The price point around 48 Lakhs was manageable for us. Location is decent, close to the Pune Nasik highway, making commutes easier. The only thing is the internal roads in Vijay Nagar can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's a minor issue considering everything else. Water supply is 24/7 which is a big relief.

This is my fit flat purchase. I chose GSK Aai Residency because it was ready to move and the price for the 1 BHK, starting from 21 Lakhs, was very attractive. The carpet area for the 1 BHK is 417 Sq.ft, which is good for a single peon or a small family. I liked that they have rain water harvesting and a fire fighting system, which makes me feel safe. The developer, GSK Develope, seems to have delivered on time. My only concern is that OC was not available, which made me a little hesitant, but the price was too good to pass up. The location in Dighi is developing well.
