Saim Developehave provided a lift which is very convenient, especially for carrying groceries. The security is also 24/7, which gives us peace of mind when we are out for business. Location in Hayagriva Nagar is okay, but traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road. Overall, it's a decent property for the price we paid, which was not disclosed publicly but felt reasonable at the time.
