Is standard for a 2 BHK. The price range of 27 to 28.27 Lakh is competitive for Udupi, especially for a completed project. Priyadahini BuildeAnd Developeare known, and their completed projects give some confidence. The location in Hayagriva Nagar is reasonably connected. My main worry is the lack of an OC, which can sometimes be an issue for future resale or loans, although the project completion date was May 2013. I am hoping for good appreciation.
