Finally found a ready-to-move flat in Karve Nagar. Saikrupa Springnest looked good. The size of the 2 BHK is around 568 square feet carpet area, which is decent for us. It is located on Jawalkar Garden DP Road. The good thing is that the school and hospital are right there at nearby, which is super convenient for the kids. We are looking for something that is already built so we can move in soon. The builder, Saikrupa Associates, seems to have a good reputation based on what we heard from neighbouParking is open which is fine. Hopefully the maintenance charges are not too high.

I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of a concern, but hopefully it will settle down soon after completion in March 2025.
