I have purchased a 1 BHK flat in Saikrupa Bhongade Park Phase V. The price was within my budget, around 23.5 Lakh. It is ready to move which is convenient. The location in Talegaon Dabhade is developing nicely. The apartment size is about 450 Sq.ft carpet area, which is decent for a single peon or a small family. Saikrupa Constructions has a good track record. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and landscaping are good to have. My only small concern is the traffic on the main road during peak houIt can get a bit congested.

The best part is that it is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after booking. The location is quite convenient with the Mumbai-Bangalore expressway nearby. It makes commuting easier. Saikrupa Constructions seems to be a reliable developer. We liked the landscaping they have done. The only downside is the parking space is a bit tight; we have a small car but still, it feels a little squeezed.
