It's a gated community with essential amenities like a clubhouse and 24x7 water supply, which are important for my family. The villa size is 1852 Sq.ft, which is adequate. The price of 1.29 Crore is on the higher side, especially considering the OC is not yet available and the completion date is December 2025. While it's ready to move in terms of construction, the lack of OC is a concern for legal clarity. The electrification with solar energy is a nice touch for long-term savings. I am hopeful the developer will resolve the OC issue promptly.

Getting to the hospital is also quick from here. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. My only minor issue is the traffic on Sama Savli Road during peak houcan get quite congested, making school runs a bit stressful sometimes. Otherwise, the villa itself is very comfortable.
