The price is between 45 Lakhs and 49.99 Lakhs, which is reasonable for a family home in Bally. What really sold us was the proximity to VISION INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL and Zenith Super Specialist Hospital, both nearby. It’s also close to the Dakhineswar Metro Station, making commutes easier. Sai Ram Realestate has included a children's play area, which is great for my kids. We are looking forward to moving in by March 2026. The 24x7 security is also a big comfort for us.
