The nearby hospital, Eskag Sanjeevani Multispecialty Hospital - Baranagar, being a short distance, was a significant factor for me. The complex has good landscaping and tree planting, which adds to the tranquility. Power backup is a must-have, and they have it here. The maintenance staff are responsive. My only reservation is the slightly higher noise level from the nearby road, especially during the day. Otherwise, the ready-to-move aspect and the general upkeep are satisfactory.
