The 2 BHK flats are available in sizes from 850 to 1100 square feet. While the flat itself is good, the traffic getting to Aster CMI Hospital, which is nearby, can be quite heavy during certain times. Parking is available, but it can feel a bit cramped. However, the 24x7 security and power backup are reassuring. The building has lifts, which is convenient. I am still getting used to the city's commute.
