The location in Nagavara is decent, though getting to Cubbon Park Metro Station, about 6.65 kilometeaway, can take some time during rush hour. We chose a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 2550 square feet. The internet/Wi-Fi facility and the visitor parking were important for us. The price of 2.40 Crore was a bit steep, but the ready-to-move-in status was a huge draw. The amenities like the gymnasium and party hall are good for hosting friends. We are still getting used to the size of the rooms, they feel a little compact for the price.
