I needed a reliable property in Nagpur and Sai Om Anand seemed like a sound choice. It's ready to move, which saved me a lot of waiting time. The 2 BHK configurations are decent, with the larger ones being 1075 square feet. The essential amenities like lift and power backup are functional. The proximity to the Ring Road is useful for getting around the city. My only small concern is the parking area, which could be a little more spacious if you have a larger vehicle.

Looking for rental yields in Nagpur, Sai Om Anand caught my eye. Sai Associates has a decent reputation. I purchased a 2 BHK flat here, super builtup area of 965 square feet. The area around Koradi Road is developing, which is promising for future appreciation. While the price point information isn't readily available, the ready to move status is a significant advantage.
