I looked at a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1070 sq.ft, which is quite substantial. The inclusion of a sewage treatment plant and solar energy options for electrification are positive aspects from an operational efficiency standpoint. My main reservation is the parking situation; while open and closed car parking are available, it seems potentially tight for residents with multiple vehicles, especially in a developing area like Pimpri Chinchwad. Need to assess future resale value.

We needed a place close to ORCHIDS The International School for our children, and Sai Mai Mansion is nearby, which is fantastic. The 3 BHK flat we saw had a carpet area of about 950 sq.ft, which is spacious enough for our family of four. Having 24X7 water supply is essential, and the builder, Sai Raj Develope, has included that. We also liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can get quite congested during peak school drop-off and pick-up times. Still, the proximity to the school is a huge win for us.
