The location is relatively quiet, though it's developing rapidly. The nearby hospital, Jivanrekha Multispeciality Hospital, being a short distance offepeace of mind. I am aware it's under construction, so some dust and noise are expected. My main hope is that the common areas are well-maintained once completed.
