    Moving to Pune for work at ACCORD Hospitals, which is conveniently located right at close to the project, was a big decision. I needed a place that was accessible and comfortable. Sai Essen Vaastu Dreams offered 2 BHK flats with a carpet area of 443 square feet. The price range of 27.52 Lakh for the larger flat felt a bit high initially, but considering the proximity to the hospital and SNBP School, it makes sense. The project is ready to move, which was a priority for me. Sai Essen Vaastu DevelopeLLP P has included good security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a 24x7 security team. The spectacular view of the national park is a bonus for relaxation after long shifts. The only slight downside is the metro station is about 7 kilometeaway.
