The 2 BHK flats are of a reasonable size, approximately 530 square feet, and the price around 44.5 Lakh is quite acceptable. The 24x7 water supply is a crucial amenity for daily comfort. I appreciate the landscaping and tree planting efforts, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, the proposed metro station is still a few kilometeaway at nearby, so daily commute might still rely on other transport means for now. The ready to move in aspect is also appealing for immediate settlement.
