We recently moved into our 1 BHK at Ihita Residency in Hinjewadi. The super builtup area is about 590 sq.ft, and the layout is quite practical for a young couple. Having a swimming pool and a gymnasium right here is fantastic for our lifestyle. Trayush Construction also ensured good landscaping, which makes the complex feel more inviting. The proximity to schools and hospitals is a definite advantage, even though we don't have kids yet. The only minor issue is the dust from nearby construction, but we expect that to settle down eventually. Overall, a good start for us.
